By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Service Fees
Fees for our accounting, tax, and advisory services are based on the scope and complexity of the work requested. Service fees will be communicated before work begins or as outlined in your engagement agreement.
No Refund for Completed Services
Due to the professional nature of our services, fees for services that have been fully performed or substantially completed are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accounting and bookkeeping services
- Tax return preparation and filing
- Corporate tax services
- Tax advisory and consulting
- Tax controversy resolution
- Tax planning
- Financial reporting and analysis
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you choose to cancel a service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and any administrative costs already incurred.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
If work has already begun, any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be limited to the portion of the services that has not yet been completed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary to perform the requested services.
Refunds will not be provided for delays, additional work, or issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client.
Errors and Corrections
If an error is identified in work performed by Comnet Services LLC due to our oversight, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the error promptly at no additional charge. Such corrections do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
